You may request a return within 15 days of delivery for eligible, unused items in original condition with tags attached.

How to start

Email us with your order number, the item name (for example a bandage mini or wide-leg jean), and the reason for return. We will confirm eligibility and share return instructions for oplivaren.com orders.

What we cannot accept

Swimwear, intimates, and final-sale pieces may be excluded when marked on the product page. Worn, washed, damaged, or odor-affected items are not eligible.
